Foundation (SCEF) a grassroots organisation working to rescue, rehabilitate, and reintegrate
street-connected children in Ghana.
Through education, shelter, skills training, and long-term care, SCEF is focused on building
real futures, not short-term fixes.

Project Details
SCEF works with children who have experienced homelessness, poverty, neglect, and exploitation, offering them a safe pathway off the streets and toward a stable future. Their approach goes beyond emergency care by focusing on long-term transformation, including education, safe shelter, healthcare, psychosocial support, vocational training, and family reintegration. By strengthening families, equipping young people with life skills, and advocating for children’s rights, SCEF helps ensure that vulnerable children are not only protected but empowered to rebuild their lives with dignity, independence, and hope. Through Mefie Give Back, our support contributed to these ongoing efforts, helping extend care, opportunity, and long-term impact for children who deserve safety, stability, and a real chance at a brighter future.
