Terms & Conditions
1. Promoter
This giveaway is organised by Ghana Music Awards, Europe and Taptap Send, in collaboration with Mefie Ltd.
2. Prize
Three (3) Regular Tickets to the Ghana Music Awards , Europe on 20th September 2025 at Theatherzaal Ledeberg, Belgium. Tickets are for entry only and do not include travel, accommodation, or any additional expenses.
3. Eligibility
Open to individuals aged 18 or over. Entrants must meet all entry requirements as specified in the promotional materials. Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of the Promoters or Mefie are not eligible to enter.
4. Entry Period
The giveaway opens on 18th August 2025 and closes on 6th September 2025. Entries received after the closing date will not be counted.
5. How to Enter
Follow the entry instructions provided on Mefie’s official channels. Only entries submitted through the official entry method will be eligible.
6. Winner Selection & Notification
Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries. The draw will take place on 7th of September 2025. Winners will be notified within 24 hours of the draw via the contact details provided. If the winner does not respond within 48 hours, the Promoters reserve the right to select an alternative winner.
7. General Conditions
Tickets are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and have no cash alternative. Event entry is subject to the organiser’s rules and regulations. The Promoters are not responsible for the postponement or cancellation of the Ghana Music Awards Europe event. By entering, you consent to your contact details being shared with the event organiser for ticket fulfilment purposes.
8. Liability Disclaimer
Mefie is not responsible for the cancellation, rescheduling, or quality of the Ghana Music Awards Europe event or its performances. Mefie is not liable for any travel delays, cancellations, or issues arising from attendance at the event.
9. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
